Our inspection shows that the fault is due neither to the workmanship nor to the quality of the material used. Futhermore, the laptop was well functioned. Hence we feel we cannot make the adjustment you request. We regret we cannot accept replacing the laptop.
If you feel that some slight alternations will enable you wear the dress to your satisfaction, we would be glad to have our mantainence center fix it. Please come personally to the mantainence center in Mongkok
